Rates

My rates vary depending on the type and length of training you're looking for:

PLATES:

$25 – Four Weeks

$50 – Eight Weeks

Plates Includes: ONLY workouts and cardio options for weight loss, muscle gain, or both. This is for individuals who are knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition but want to get onto a solid program. Maybe you are stuck in a plateau and looking for a change of pace. I will provide you a four or eight week gym workout plan, straight up. I will also throw in our tips, tricks, and recommendations page that offers lots of extra fitness guidelines and ideas!!

DOUBLE PLATES:

$75 – Four Weeks

$100 – Eight Weeks

Double Plates Includes: Workouts, cardio options, weekly check-ins, and unlimited access to me via internet and/or phone. This is for individuals who want a solid workout plan while being held accountable and motivated by weekly check-ins. Also, I recommend you ask me as many questions as you can think of within the four or eight week program! Tips, tricks, and recommendations page included.

TRIPLE PLATES:

$100: Four weeks

$150: Eight weeks

Triple Plates Includes: Workouts, cardio options, weekly check-ins, diet help and unlimited access to me via internet and/or phone. If you do not have a clue about fitness or nutrition or are a beginner this is the way to go. We will strategically make a workout plan for you and get your diet on the right track with our recommendations! Tips, tricks, and recommendations page included.
